How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bedding and textiles must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Are your furniture and textiles sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Cat Mate we prioritize eco-friendly materials. Our wood furniture is FSC-certified, and our textiles are made from organic or recycled fibers whenever possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
